We are excited to welcome back G-Man to our coaching staff again this year. He will be starting our athletes on their Dryland Journey starting this week!! Dryland schedule will resume starting Wednesday October 18th. Please be sure that you athlete arrives ready for dryland with proper attire, incuding running shoes. If you have a yoga mat that you would like to send with them that would also be helpful.
